Another fine selection from the California Culinary Academy series and currently my favorite Mexican cookbook. Many techniques and a very wide array of recipes and styles. |
HP Books publishes good, solid cookbooks. Between these two selections, I can brandish a mean Mexican dinner for 10, no problemo. |
